All big ideas and thoughts need to go through some development and planning before they can become reality and you reach the project’s goals. To give you an idea of a possible course, we will show a number of typical steps, before the planning is complete.

Information gathering
We will ask you a number of questions so that we can get a picture of your ideas, your wishes and the local conditions. We can take the first initial steps by phone or email, but often we also want to visit and see the place.
For example, we would like to know the site conditions, water and electricity supply, sewage, colors, age groups, play values, products, finances and budget. The last thing to make sure, so that we do not propose wild plans and solutions that are not realistic in your world.
Design of proposals, spray zone and 3D
Based on the information collected, we will begin work on designing one or more initial proposals.
This gives everyone a better basis for the first ideas and drafts that form the basis for dialogue and possible adjustments.
Calculation of the economy
Once you are satisfied with the proposed solution, we will start calculating the finances so that you can get an idea of the total cost. We can then adjust the details of the project so that it is exactly as you or the client wants it to be.
Once we have agreed on all the details and the finances, we can begin to develop a timetable for the execution.
Technical details
During the process, we may have asked you to fill out forms related to the “technical” conditions of the site such as distance to water and electricity supplies, information about sewage, soil conditions and so on.
If the system is to be connected to an existing water system, for example in a swimming pool or outdoor pool, we should know something about this system and enter into dialogue with technical personnel and/or other suppliers.
We will also provide a series of technical drawings describing construction, water consumption, placement of various tools and so on.
Everyone agrees
Once you are completely satisfied with all aspects of the project and the finances, we will send you a quote for approval and you can place an order for delivery of the project. We can then immediately begin production and planning of all the details.
Production
The majority of Vortex elements are designed, adapted and produced specifically for each individual project. In general, it takes about 3 months for manufacturing and delivery to the installation site and during this period we ensure that everything on site is ready.
This includes, for example, earthworks and foundation works, pipework, water tanks, overflow, drainage, etc. In the meantime, we will continuously provide information on the status of the project.
Delivery and assembly
Work on the water pipes and foundations for the equipment is underway.
The tools are waiting to be placed.
Casting
Prepared for casting, reinforced and shaped. Below, a film showing the casting itself. Approximately 12 centimeters of concrete is placed using a pump.
We deliver and install as efficiently as possible. Everything is unpacked and checked upon arrival, so any damage during transport is immediately detected.
We assemble, connect and test continuously. Once everything is in place, we also test sequences and functions.
After functional check and when it works perfectly, we go through the system with technical staff. We also provide technical specifications and written instructions for the operation and maintenance of the system.
